Khalil Saliba founded Saliba Action Strategies LLC in July 2000 to provide business interests, trade associations, and non-profit organizations with targeted and personal representation in Washington, D.C. Mr. Saliba has extensive experience lobbying Congress and the Administration on a wide range of issues. He has also managed all aspects of Political Action Committees along with coalition, political, and grassroots campaigns.
Mr. Saliba has a strong background in government, politics, and working with public policy issues. This includes service in the Bush Administration as a Special Assistant at the Department of Energy from 1991-1993 and a political aide to Republican National Committee Chairman Haley Barbour from 1993-1995. In 1995, Mr. Saliba joined The Wexler Group, a government affairs firm, as a principal where he represented a variety of business and political interests.
Mr. Saliba is active in a host of community organizations and currently serves on the Boards of the of the Greater Lewes Foundation, Beebe Medical Foundation, and St. Andrew’s School in Middletown, DE.
A native of Lewes, Delaware, Saliba holds a B.A. in History from the University of Richmond and a J.D. from Howard University. Khalil and his wife Marcy have three daughters, Grace, Aly, and Audrey.
