Any person, firm or corporation engaged for profit within the City limits shall pay an annual (January 1 through December 31) license fee to the City. Application may be obtained under the Forms and Applications page, or in person at:

Fees

Residential property rentals $200 per year, per unit. 

Licenses for contractors vary according to the number of employees in the company: 

  • 1 to 5 employees - $150 
  • 6 or more employees - $360
